Sure enough, I received a call and, with brief information about the water heater, your man, Charlie, said he would be at my house between 1:00 and 1:30 p.m. He needed some information about the existing heater and time to load up his truck.

Right on time, he was here. The defective tank was removed, the new tank was installed – and incredible - your man cleaned up the residual water AND put down the carpet at the front door that he had to remove to take out the old heater!

What more can I say except thank you and give that man a big bonus or at least a round of applause."
